Mr. Lang concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate law, corporate law, shopping center law, and commercial lending law. Mr. Lang has also represented several commercial clients in connection with real estate property tax appeals. Mr. Lang represents banks and other lenders, landlords, tenants, developers, builders and all types of business owners. Mr. Lang has also represented business owners in the formation of several new businesses. Prior to and during law school, Mr. Lang worked as a Deputy Assessor in the office of the Perry Township Assessor in Marion County .
