Mr. Kleiman is widely recognized in the field of commercial law. He has represented lenders, creditor committees, debtors and other parties in many large reorganization cases in Indiana and throughout the country. Mr. Kleiman, the first mediator appointed by the bankruptcy court in Indianapolis, has mediated many large commercial cases. He was elected by his peers to be a member of the American College of Bankruptcy.
