Mr. Wolf's practice specialty is business, real estate law and tax planning. Mr. Wolf has been engaged in business affairs and real estate development, and has participated in the development of numerous residential, apartment and condominium projects, shopping centers, and other forms of commercial and industrial development.

Mr. Wolf represents numerous real estate developers, owners and operators, automobile dealers, and other business owners, entrepreneurs and management personnel. Mr. Wolf's practice involves balancing tax and practical consideration in structuring transactions and then assisting his clients in completing the transaction. Mr. Wolf also has substantial experience in subsidized housing and the management and development of real estate.

Mr. Wolf has extensive experience in a wide range of financing transactions, having worked with and (at times) represented banks and other financial institutions, public and private borrowers, and both for-profit and not-for-profit entities. Mr. Wolf also has prepared debt and security instruments, and leases in a myriad of financing transactions and has a reputation for getting difficult matters closed.
