Mr. Hylton's practice is concentrated in the areas of employment law, labor law and litigation. Mr. Hylton represents corporate and individual clients in all trial-related and appellate matters concerning employment law, labor law and general litigation. Mr. Hylton also specializes in education law representing the rights of teachers throughout the State of Indiana.

Mr. Hylton joined Dann Pecar Newman & Kleiman in 2003 after participation with the firm of Lowe Gray Steele & Darko, LLP, where he was a member of the labor and employment law practice group.
