Mr. Kleiman represents developers, commercial lenders, business owners, entrepreneurs and municipalities. Mr. Kleiman has also developed practice niches in representing small businesses, assisting in the formation and development of new businesses and preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino premerger notification filings.

Mr. Kleiman has represented numerous real estate developers and lending institutions with construction and permanent financing matters. Mr. Kleiman has also represented developers with build-to-suit transactions, as well as an apartment developer and manager. Mr. Kleiman has also represented clients in the purchase of automobile dealerships.
