Mr. Kleiman has also developed practice niches in representing small businesses, assisting in the formation and development of new businesses and preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino premerger notification filings.
Mr. Kleiman has represented numerous real estate developers and lending institutions with construction and permanent financing matters. Mr. Kleiman has also represented developers with build-to-suit transactions, as well as an apartment developer and manager. Mr. Kleiman has also represented clients in the purchase of automobile dealerships.
