Mr. Pecar concentrates his practice in real estate development and business transactions, including commercial and real estate loan documentation. Mr. Pecar is involved with the negotiation and preparation of commercial and general business contracts, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing and formation of business organizations and real estate ventures. Mr. Pecar represents developers, owners, operators, lenders and tenants, as well as entrepreneurs in all aspects of business activities. Mr. Pecar has been involved in a variety of diverse transactions, including the issuance of publicly-traded stocks, the sale of assets of a large cable company and a simultaneous sale of four hotels in four different states.
